- 3 x Fyn gedrukte Avo's gemeng met bietjie fyn garlic
- 1 x 250 ml Clover Suurroom
- 1 x Packet Old ElPaso spice Mix for Guacamole (Google net jy sal dit kry)
- 2 x Tomatoes
- 1 x Greenpepper
- 250 gr Cheddar Cheese
- Sout & Peper na smaak

'n Geurige Mexikaanse styl dip om saam met koekies of chips te eet.
Preparation Instructions
- Maak jou avo fyn en spice na smaak met sout en peper
- Smeer jou avo onder in n Pirex bak
- Meng jou suurroom en Old ElPaso spice Mix en smeer dit bo o[ die Avo
- Sny jou tamatie fyn blokkes (haal die vleis uit)
- Sny jou greenpepper fyn blokkies (haal die pitte uit)
- Meng die tamatie en greenpepper en gooi dit bo op die suurroom
- Rasper jou kaas oor alles.
- Bedien met salticrax koekies of chips.
